The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports that 28-year-old Tyler Dwayne Sutterfield was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, and failure to appear. He is also being held for other agencies. He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond is set at $6,125
