Authorities in Wright County are reporting the arrest of three people at a residence on Highway 5. Two of the three had felony warrants. 34-year-old Travis Turley of Mansfield, 34-year-old Spencer Kumberg of Windsor, and 48-year-old Jerry Ramsey of Mansfield were all arrested. While deputies were standing in the doorway of the residence, they observed a white substance with drug paraphernalia and other drug-related items lying on a table. All 3 subjects were transported to the Wright County Jail. Spencer Kumberg was charged with Delivery of a controlled substance. Jerry Ramsey and Travis Turley were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance
