Last week 28-year-old Taz Danial Harper was arrested Tuesday night after a traffic stop. Harper appeared to be under the influence when stopped and a search of Harper uncovered 3.5 grams of meth. Harper refused all field sobriety tests and breath analysis and was transported to the Douglas County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold. A warrant was issued for Harper for Possession of a Controlled Substance-methamphetamine, DWI, and Operate a motor vehicle without a valid license. The bond was set at $2500 cash only.
