Authorities say that 79-year-old Robert Vona died when he fell from the boat when the boat anchor got hung and caused the boat to swing around causing him to fall out of the boat with his chair. Vona was underwater for two or three minutes before the others on the boat got him out of the water. The drowning happened on the White River near Buffalo City.
