Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a truck and found that the license plates were reported stolen. The driver of the truck, Scott Evans, had a revoked license. During a search of the vehicle, Deputy Ryan located meth and paraphernalia. Evans was arrested and booked for stealing, driving while revoked, possession of meth and paraphernalia.
