47-year-old Esther Gann of Licking is charged with felony DWI with serious physical injury. According to the Highway Patrol report, Gann hit the rear of a vehicle driven by 38-year-old Scott Jenkins of Newburg. Jenkins and a 14-year-old boy both suffered serious injuries in the accident.
