Former West Plains Zizzer football player Connor Lair announced Friday he will return to MSU this season, one year after battling cancer. Connor played in 10 games at MSU in 2022 and then played 2 games in 2023 before he was diagnosed with Hodgen’s Lymphoma. He missed the rest of the season and in April announced her was entering the transfer portal. Lair then decided to go to Harding University but now says he will return to Missouri State.
