49-year-old Bobby Joe Fisher was arrested on Sunday. Authorities report that on Sunday an unresponsive individual was taken to White River Medical Center. While at the Hospital, deputies discovered she had been sexually assaulted. After interviewing Fisher he was arrested. On Monday Fisher was charged with one felony count of rape and one felony count of incest. He is being held on $1 million bond.
