A West Plains woman faces charges after resisting arrest and kicking an officer.

22-year-old Tyesha Howard was arrested after throwing rocks at a truck and then kicking an officer in the leg when he attempted to arrest her. The officer tased Howard after she attempted to punch him in the face. Howard is charged with first-degree property damage, two counts of third-degree assault, and one count of resisting arrest and interfering with the arrest of a felony.  Her bond is set at $10,000
