A Mountain Home man was injured in an accident Thursday, in Ozark County. The Highway Patrol reports that 73-year-old Fredrick Byrum suffered serious injuries when he suffered a medical issue, causing his vehicle to travel off the road and overturn, hitting a tree. Byrum was flown to Baxter Health. The accident happened on Highway 160 at County Road 669.

 

 

A man from Mountain View Missouri was injured in a semi accident in Taney County on Thursday. 75-year-old Billy Parsons suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the big truck. Parsons was taken to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on U.S. 160, three and a half miles east of Rueter.

 

 

Two Wright County residents were injured in an accident north of Grove Spring. 84-year-old Tommy Rue and 81-year-old Janice Rue both suffered minor injuries when Tommy Rue drove off the road and overturned the car he was driving. Both Tommy and Janice Rue were taken to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon. The accident happened on Highway 5, five miles north of Grove Spring.
