38-year-old Utah Conner allegedly told the children that he was a Police Officer and ordered them to lie down. He reportedly pointed the gun at one of the kid’s heads and threatened to kill them. Conner is charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child. The incident happened at the Liberty Football Field. Conner was arrested and bond set at $50,000. He is to be in court on September 17th for a preliminary hearing
