A man from Norfork who fled from Police on a motorcycle faces several charges. 33-year-old Jesse Ray Bowman led police on a high speed chase at speeds over 90 mph, through the town of Norfork. He crashed the motorcycle into a sign and fled on foot but eventually surrendered. Bowman is charged with felony fleeing, misdemeanor fleeing on foot, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and several traffic offenses. He was taken to Baxter County jail, and the bond was $5,435.
