Details on the story are scarce, however, according to what we know at ECNN, a man was sent to the hospital for threatening to harm himself and possibly others last night in downtown Houston.
Houston Police had several areas barricaded for public safety; those barricades have since been removed. The four-hour standoff ended peacefully after the man emerged from wherever he was hiding and was taken to the hospital for unknown injuries.
