
33-year-old Dusty Allan Rhoades of Yellville allegedly went to the victim’s bunk and hit him with his fist, then made the victim go to the restroom where he hit him again. This is the second time Rhoades has fought with someone at the jail. The victim allegedly told authorities that Rhoades and other inmates had threatened his life and the lives of his family if he reported the incident. The victim suffered a broken jaw, head laceration, and broken teeth. Rhoades was charged with two felony counts of second-degree battery, a felony first-degree false imprisonment, and a misdemeanor impairing the operation of a vital public facility.
