21-year-old Shaun Caleb Crawford is accused of fatally shooting his brother, Ian Crawford. He was originally charged with first-degree murder. Crawford was allegedly arguing with his brother when he pulled a pistol from his waistband and threw it at him, he said the pistol went off. His trial was set to begin this past Monday, but on Tuesday Crawford waived his right to a jury trial and pled guilty to a lesser charge of Manslaughter. Crawford was sentenced to 10 years in Prison. An additional charge of possession of a firearm by certain persons was nolle prossed.
