The Highway Patrol says that 68-year-old James Simpson of Belleville IL, suffered moderate injuries when his Harley Davidson Dyna traveled off the road and overturned. Simpson was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on Highway 106, four miles east of Eminence.
