On Friday, several Law Enforcement Agencies conducted a county-wide saturation targeting criminal activity in Randolph and Lawrence Counties. As a result, they made 340 traffic stops with 4 DWI arrests, 250 citations or warnings, 15 drug arrests, 17 misc. arrests seized 24 Illegally possessed firearms, made 11 home visits, and served 1 search warrant. Departments involved in the saturation were the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections, the Arkansas State Police, the Pocahontas Police Department, the Walnut Ridge Police Department, the Black Rock Police Department, the Ravenden Police Department, the Newport Police Department, and the 3rd Judicial Drug Task Force.
