A man wanted for domestic battery in Sharp County was arrested in Black Rock shortly after a BOLO was issued. Donald Gene Moore of Brookland was arrested by Black Rock Police after they spotted a vehicle on Highway 63 matching the description of the one given by Sharp County Authorities. A K-9 at the scene alerted the vehicle Moore was driving. Police found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Moore is being held in Sharp County for second-degree domestic battery with physical injury. Moore has a history of arrest across northern Arkansas.
