Howell County Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop with a vehicle operated by Andrey Bandurovskiy, a wanted person in Howell County. Mr. Bandurovskiy failed to stop the vehicle, resulting in a vehicle pursuit. Howell County Deputies pursued the vehicle, eventually leaving the roadway and attempting to flee down a highline. The vehicle abruptly came to a stop, where Mr. Bandurovskiy exited the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot. Deputies gave chase and Mr. Bandurovskiy was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. It was discovered that the female passenger also had a one-year-old child in the back seat of the vehicle during the pursuit. During the arrest, a substance suspected to be methamphetamine was also discovered. Mr. Bandurovskiy was transported to the Howell County Adult Detention Center and booked on outstanding warrants for his arrest. Formal charges of felony resisting arrest, assault, child endangerment, violation of an order of protection, and possession of a controlled substance will be pursued.
