Three men from Boone Terre have been charged in connection with the shooting of a bull elk in Shannon County in November of 2023. Travis Wadlow, Michael O’Neal, and Kevin Clark are all charged with importing, transporting, selling, purchasing, Taking, Or Possess Black Bear/Elk/Parts Inconsistent With Rules Of The Code, two charges each, killing deer without Telechecking and illegal possession of the deer, and the littering. A 14-year-old Deer hunter found the elk.
