The City of West Plains will have its 3rd annual Fall Block party this Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm. The block party will be on the square in West Plains. It’s a fantastic time of year to enjoy the food, unique and interesting merchandise, music, and all the festivities in beautiful Downtown. Musical acts are appearing this year. The Owlettes, Broken Knuckle, Kirk Pierce, Anthony Garner, and Spitfire. The acts will begin at 11 AM with the Owlettes and continue throughout the day at the top of each hour ending with Spitfire at 3 PM.
