
A Fulton County woman has been arrested following and altercation with police. 45 year old Tina Marie Freitas was found sitting on the front porch of a residence she was renting, refusing to leave. The Owner of the residence told police that she had been beating on the walls and screaming. Deputies discovered that she had outstanding warrants for her arrest. When officers attempted to arrest her she allegedly became violent and struck the officers in the face several times, kicking one of the them in the face and another in the lower extremities. She also used her fingernails and rings to scratch one of the officers. After she was restrained she then allegedly tried to head-butt one of the officers. Frietas face two counts of terroristic threatening, and two counts of threatening and battery and one count of interference with a law enforcement officer. Her bond was set at $25,000.
