28-year-old Katlind Rounsaville is charged with felony theft of property. Rounsaville had been staying with the victim when she took the car. The victim waited a while to report the incident thinking that she would return it. Rounsaville was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and then released on a $5,000 bond.
