58-year-old Steve Dennison was injured when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving in a curve, ran off the road, and struck a tree. Authorities report there was dense fog at the time of the accident, Dennison was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Highway 289, south of Mammoth Spring, early Tuesday morning.
