22-year-old Everett Moss pleaded guilty to second-degree involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of 30-year-old Charlotte Wilson. Wilson died when the vehicle she was a passenger in, driven by Moss, ran off the Highway and hit a tree and two telephone boxes. The accident happened in May of 2023 on BB highway. Moss is also the subject of a wrongful death lawsuit filed on behalf of Wilson’s Children. Moss was allegedly speeding and blood samples revealed he had narcotics in his blood.
