A Mountain Home will spend two years in prison after pleading guilty to several charges. 33 year old Marc Zdan is charged with theft by receiving and possession of drug paraphernalia. Zdan allegedly took a motorcycle helmet and jacket from a vehicle and tried to sell it on social media. He has history of theft and was sentenced to 6 years in late july after pleading guilty to taking a pair of women;s undergarments and giving them to his girlfriend and also plead guilty to possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
