The Highway Patrol reports that 25-year-old Helen Drury, 23-year-old Tommy Federico, and a 5-year-old girl were all killed a 3-year-old girl suffered serious injuries and a 1-year-old boy suffered moderate injuries, when the car driven by Federico, ran off the roadway, then returned to the road and began skidding sideways, crossed the center line and hit a pickup driven by 26-year-old John Rainey of Houston, Head-on. All three of the fatalities and the two injured were from Roby. The accident happened on Missouri 17, 10 miles north of Houston around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.
