A Fulton County man has been arrested after he allegedly threatened to kill his wife. 46 year old Franklin Cook allegedly repeatedly threatened to kill his wife and said she would be sorry if she didn’t drop a protection order. It is also alleged that Cook sent sexually explicit pictures to two females. He is charged with terroristic threatening and stalking. Cook is also facing misdemeanor charges of unlawful distribution of sexual images or recordings and harassing communications. His bond was set at $25,000
