Arkansas State Police issued an AMBER Alert last night for 14-year-old Trixie Studer of Radcliff, Arkansas and was last seen wearing a short white shirt with a large brown strip and black pants.
She may be traveling with the suspect in a silver SUV with black wheels with the license plates removed from the vehicle
According to the police Studer also had a black cat with brown spots with her as well.
Studer is approximately 5 feet tall and weighs about 100 pounds.
Studer has blue hair and green eyes.
