42-year-old Justin Robert Foster was arrested around 7 pm last night on charges of two counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member, third-degree domestic battery, third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, and violation of a protection order. He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center with a Bond set at $50,000
