Danny Tyler Phipps allegedly assaulted his fiancé. The woman escaped him and fled to a neighbor’s home to call for help. Phipps was arrested after fleeing from West Plains Police and ten fighting them. Phipps is charged with domestic assault, sexual assault, and kidnapping along with resisting arrest.
