Lieutenant Rhoades conducted a traffic stop on J Highway. None of the occupants of the vehicle had a valid driver’s license. Two of the three were on active felony probation out of Arkansas. During a search of the vehicle, meth, paraphernalia, and a significant amount of suspected fentanyl were located. Louis Hicks, Steve Blair, and Alexandrea Funck were all arrested and booked for possession of meth and paraphernalia. Hicks and Blair were also arrested for trafficking drugs.
