Benefit auction, chili dinner and live music for Mathias DuBois (2yr old son of Alyssa DuBois and grandson of Billy Shaver). Mathias suffered a traumatic brain injury and is facing a long journey of recovery. Many of his medical needs are not covered by insurance due to their extremely expensive nature. Without this care his condition will likely be permanent.

The Employee Committee of South Howell County Ambulance has organized a fundraiser for Melissa Lowe. Melissa has recently had to undergo multiple surgeries with complications that has left her unable to work and her husband has had to take off work as well to provide care for her. There will be a benefit at the ambulance base employee parking lot (behind the building) on Saturday, November 9th from 10-1 for chili, water, soda, bake sale, silent auction, and more. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9- WILLOW SPRINGS:
Benefit for Sharry Lovan at the First General Baptist Church (2507 Railroad Drive). Sharry was diagnosed with breast cancer in April of this year. She had a double mastectomy and reconstruction in July and now faces chemotherapy. Live music (New Grass Attack and Bluegrass Hymnals), auctions, and dinner.
