42-year-old Jody Lee Cates and 40-year-old Kristy Norton were both arrested after they were stopped and K-9 Spice alerted police to the presence of drugs. Officers found 13 ounces of meth, 250 fentanyl capsules, six grams of raw fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia. Both Jody Lee Cates and Kristy Norton, are facing Drug Trafficking charges as well as Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges.
