Someone has won big on a Missouri Lottery scratch-off ticket in West Plains. The Missouri Lottery reports that someone won $50,000 on the $5 million fortune game. The ticket was one of 40 $50,000 winners available on the game. Thirty more of the $50,000 winners remain, plus three prizes of $1 million and one prize of $5 million. The winning ticket was bought at Casey’s Gibson Avenue and was claimed on November 8th at the lottery office in Springfield.
