The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from Poplar Bluff, Missouri on Friday. 29-year-old Spencer Carda was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and failing to maintain the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.
