The Springfield Glendale Falcons defeated the West Plains Zizzers boys 73 to 65 Saturday afternoon to take third place in the Willard Tournament. Jared Kraft led the way for the Zizzers with 21 points, Clayton Robbins had 13, Ethan Tuma, and Jacob Moore had 10 points. The Zizzer Boys will play Tuesday night at home at West Plains High School gym as they take on the Mountain Home Bombers. You can hear the game on 100.9FM “The Train”.
The West Plains Lady Zizzers defeated Clever 71 to 54 Saturday afternoon to win third place in the Fair Grove Tournament. The Lady Zizzers were led by three players in double figures, Jillian Green with 20 points, Ainsley McWilliams and Shaylee Peterson each had 14. The Lady Zizzers are now 2 and 2 on the season.
