A mountain home man has been arrested by the Baxter County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday. 42-year-old Wesley Ray Barger Jr was arrested on Thursday morning around 9:30. He was charged with 17 counts of felony possession of firearms by certain persons, theft of property, a class b felony, residential burglary, and is being charged with the habitual criminal act. His bond is set at $25000.
