A man drown in the White River at Cotter while trying to retrieve fishing equipment. Authorities say that 33 year old Joshua England of Bruno drown when he went into the river wearing a pair of waders to retrieve the fishing equipment that had fallen into the river, went he went under water and never resurfaced. England’s body was recovered about 100 yards from where he went under.
