The Highway Patrol arrested a man from West Plains on Wednesday. 38-year-old Jeremiah Johns was arrested on West Plains warrants for failure to appear on charges of resisting arrest, failing to obey a lawful command, and driving while revoked. He was taken to the West Plains PD.
A Tennessee man was arrested in Texas County on Wednesday. The Highway Patrol reports that 36-year-old Ademar Matinez of Spring City Tennessee was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor DWI, careless and imprudent driving involving a motor vehicle crash, no insurance,e and failure to display valid plates. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.
