A 37-year-old man from Mountain Home was arrested on Friday. 37-year-old Michael Curtis Clements was detained by the Baxter County Sherriff’s Department for theft of property, a class C felony, theft of property, a class D felony, theft of property less than $1000, a class A misdemeanor for fraud use of a credit card, criminal mischief in the 1st degree with greater than $1000 damage, and breaking and entering a building or structure. His bond was set at $10,000.
