A Springfield man was arrested earlier this month in Douglas County after a police pursuit., 66-year-old Kelly Adams was apprehended after a short foot pursuit and found to have meth and drug paraphernalia. He also had warrants from West Plains and Cabool. He was charged with Aggravated fleeing a stop or detention, resisting arrest for a felony, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license, exceeding the posted speed limit, and owner operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. The bond was set at $5,000 cash only.
