The Highway Patrol reports that a 55-year-old man from Mammoth Spring was flown from the accident to Cox South in Springfield with serious injuries and a 43-year-old man from West Plains was taken to Ozarks Healthcare with moderate injuries after the truck driven by the man from Mammoth Spring crossed the center of the road and struck the truck the West Plains man was driving. The accident happened on Highway 63, one mile south of Koshkonong at 11:25 this morning. The Highway Patrol no longer releases names in accident reports.
