Tuesday afternoon, the Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Jeffery Ted Rogers of Mountain Home on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony theft of property, breaking or entering, criminal mischief, and non-payment of fines. His bond was set at $10,595.
