A 26-year-old from Oxford was arrested on Thursday. The Izard County Sherriff’s Office reports the arrest of Garrett Judy. He is being held on charges of driving while intoxicated – DWI 2nd offense, reckless driving, refusal to submit to a chemical test, criminal mischief in the 2nd degree with damage at $5000 or more, and leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage. He is being held on a $3270 bond.
