The Highway Patrol reports that a 42-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman both from Birch Tree and a 49-year-old man from West Plains all suffered minor injuries when the man from Burch Tree failed to yield and pulled into the path of the vehicle driven by the man from West Plains. All three suffered minor injuries and were taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Highway 160, a half mile south of West Plains.
