25-year-old Nicolas Holmes allegedly tried to ram the couple with his vehicle after an incident on Riverview Road near the Lassiter Access. According to reports Holmes nearly hit the victim’s vehicle and one of them flipped him off. He turned around and followed them to Mammoth Spring. The victims pulled into a parking lot and Holmes allegedly began driving on the sidewalk narrowly missing them. Video surveillance from cameras at Simmons Bank showed the incident. Holmes was located by Authorities but Holmes allegedly denied everything. Authorities say Holmes appeared to be under the influence with slurred speech. Holmes was charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor harassment.
