A search warrant has been served on a residence in Birch Tree. The Shannon County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the home of Rocky Stark. Three stolen vehicles were located and impounded as evidence. During the time of the search, another vehicle showed up and then allegedly attempted to flee the scene. A traffic stop was initiated and illicit drugs were found. Rocky Stark and Tia Mansfield were charged with 3 counts of stealing a motor vehicle. Thomas Brown and Jocelyn Montgomery were charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, felony tampering with evidence, and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
