On Thursday, January 23rd 22-year-old Joseph Horn was arrested by the Izard County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested for delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, 2 counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, 2 counts of aggravated assault, and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime. Horn’s bond was set at $100,000.
