25-year-old Itrevone Sain was charged yesterday with second-degree battery after he allegedly struck a jailer several times on January 23. The bond for the new charges is set at $10,000. Sain was initially charged with felony terroristic threatening. He pleaded not guilty to that charge and was being held on $100,000 bond.
